CHARLIE

Charlie was heartworm positive when SLR got him and his foster mom Janet Hazzard took him through his treatment.

He was adopted by Kate, John and their three children.  Now Charlie, also known as Boo-boo, will make his home in Alabama.

WAY TO GO CHARLIE!!!

DIXIE

Dixie was lovingly fostered by Mims in South Carolina until her adoption on September 17th.

Barbara and Jim felt she would make a great new family member.  She joins a very active 3 year old mini schnauzer named Heidi who does not like her picture taken.  We hear Dixie is settling in nicely and that she makes a great cuddle buddy.

THREE CHEERS FOR DIXIE!!!

LOUIS

Louis was lovingly fostered by Lauren in Georgia.  He was one of two schnauzers abandoned in a back yard and then kept for a while by a caring neighbor until SLR took them in.

Now Louis has a new start and a wonderful new home with Scott in Atlanta.  As you can see from the picture, Louis likes his new dad a lot. Interestingly enough, Scott was wanting to name his new dog Louis when he got one, so it is certain this match was meant to be.

HAPPY DAYS ARE HERE AGAIN, LOUIS!!!

BRODY

Brody was lovingly fostered by Connie and Ron in Lakeland, FL until his adoption on August 31, 2011.

Lois and Tom had owned schnauzers in the past and were wanting a dog that would love leash walks and lots of attention and love from a retired couple.  They found that in handsome Brody.

HAPPY TAILS, BRODY!!!

SOX

Sox was lovingly fostered by Norma and Jim in Sanford, FL until her adoption on August 29, 2011.

Sox now has a new forever mom named Rondi pictured here with her new brother Baylee.  Sox is on the left. Rondi reports that Sox is settling in and has already, been playing with Baylee and is already very much loved.

HAPPY EVER AFTER, SOX!!!
