PRETTY

Pretty was fostered by the Langston's & Slaton's & made a lasting impression on all their hearts. It took a while for a family to come along for Pretty but now we know timing & fate played a huge part in her placement. 

Pretty was patiently waiting for Sandi & Joe to be ready to bring another mini baby into their lives. They adopted Pretty the day after Mother's Day & it truly is a match made in heaven. Now Pretty has 2 very loving parents, a huge English Mastiff sister & a gorgeous home to call her own. She will now get all the love & affection she deserves & never want for another thing!

TICKLES

Tickles, a 10 year old, owner surrender, was lovingly fostered by Louise in Merritt Island, FL

Sweet Tickles needed a home which would provide her with lots of companionship like her former owner did. Susan of St. Pete Beach, FL was the perfect match for Tickles. Susan plans to take Tickles on daily walks, visiting all the other dogs in the area and for rides in the car, and spoil her with lots of cuddles and loving attention
all day long.

As you can tell from this picture, Susan loves Tickles dearly and tells us they are perfect companions for each other.

ZEUS now DEUCE

Zeus was lovingly fostered by Louise in Merritt Island FL before being adopted by into his wonderful new forever home with Sharon and Bill n Ocala, FL. 

Zeus has been aptly renamed Deuce, since he is always together with his schnauzer brother Fritz. The make quite a pair. They jump and race all over the yard until they are tuckered out. Sharon tells us Deuce has found pine cones are the best thing ever and brings one in almost every day.

Sharon and Bill consider themselves the “fortunate ones” to have such a wonderful dog. They are having so much fun with him. He has been everything they could have hoped for. Deuce is pictured here with Bill and also with Fritz.

TOBY

Little Toby was lovingly fostered by Colleen in Ormond Beach, Florida until his adoption. Toby was saved from a shelter in Miami Dade County and had been living on the streets. His little body was infested with fleas and ticks. What a difference in his appearance with love, care and medications.

He was adopted by A. Nunez of Altamonte Springs, Florida and is with his Schnauzer fur sister (Amy) and 2 year old.

SISSY & ZIGGY

Ziggy & Sissy were lovingly fostered by Colleen in Florida until their adoption.

This sweet brother & sister pair went to Denise and her family of Atlanta, Georgia. They will be with their other fur sister and 4 human children. You can see by the pictures how happy they all are. We are sure they will have lots of attention and love.

ADDIE now ADA

Miss Addie was fostered in Knoxville, TN by Tara & Jared. She was adopted by Alan & Virginia of Venice, FL.

Addie not only got a new name, Ada but also a new sister, Ona, and doting parents. She is doing well & is undoubtedly enjoying being a princess! Ona is pictured on the left and Ada is on the right. There will be no shortage of love for ADA!

KRYPTO now FRITZ

Krypto was fostered in Knoxville, TN by Tara & Jared until his new mom & dad fell in love with him. Ginger & Scott saw Krypto and knew he was special & decided to make the long drive from Wesley Chapel, FL to adopt him.

Krypto who is now called Fritz was afraid of new people, including his new parents on the day they adopted him. He is making progress & now greets his new mom with lots of sweet schnauzer kisses when she returns from work! As you can see, he has made himself at home on Ginger's lap and even gets to sleep in the human bed! Fritz is living the good life in the Sunshine State & will, no doubt, soon forget the past that taught him to fear humans!

SUGAR

Sugar was fostered by Matt and Danny in Odenville, AL. Sugar is a "Diva" on her own accord. She loves to be spoiled and loves to get all of the affection anyone can give her. It was that character that grabbed the attention of her new family. Reggie and Tyna of Symrna, GA who fell in love with Sugar at first sight. They knew Sugar would be the perfect addition to their home.
Reggie and Tyna traveled to Alabama to meet their new family member and it has been Happy Tails ever since. A great match for a great family.

LYLE

Lyle, the sweet little black schnauzer in the picture, is an example of the importance of SLR in the lives of so so many miniature schnauzers. Lyle was abandoned in the night box at Columbia County Animal Shelter, and was rescued by SLR three weeks later, just in the nick of time. Thanks to SLR, Lyle is now in the wonderful loving forever home he deserves.

Lyle was adopted by Dr. Marcie Ambrosio, a veterinarian in Rockledge, FL who was taken with his sweet nature while caring for him in her clinic. Her husband Bryan also developed a special bond with Lyle and vice versa. It was love at first sight for everyone involved. 

Lyle also quickly became best buddies with Eli, the owners salt and pepper schnauzer. They will play until they tire each other out. He also gets along very well with the family’s three cats. As you can tell by this happy picture Lyle is a wonderful addition to this loving family. It is truly a happy tale for Lyle.

CROCKET & SOPHIE

Crockett and Sophie were fostered with love and care by Matt and Danny in Odenville, AL.

Crockett and Sophie are pictured with their new family, Jennifer (holding Crockett) and Justin (holding Sophie). They now live in Huntsville, AL. Sophie and Crockett are being spoiled rotten by their new parents. They have plenty of room to run and play in their new fenced in yard. We have had reports that they have not only stolen the hearts of Jennifer and Justin, but all of their friends as well. We see a bright and happy future for these two Rockstars!
