Yeah, I know, I know... I have a big swishy tail, but isn't it adorable??  My name is Rudy and I was found as a stray.  I am being fostered on the coast in MS.  Unfortunately, my English is not so good and I cannot tell anyone what happened to me! Fortunately, the nice people at the shelter kept me safe until my stray hold was up and called Schnauzer Love Rescue right away!


I am heartworm negative, neutered,and all of my vaccinations are current. Foster mom says I weigh about 20 pounds and am about 2 years old. My teeth are perfect and my vet said I may even be 18 months! Go figure! I am the best boy because I am housetrained, crate trained, and come when called - most of the time. I like to play with toys and I get along with all of my foster brothers and sisters here!  How I do with cats and kids is unknown - but I am very active and am learning boundaries (they keep saying "OFF") but am  in the learning phase and catching on. Good thing foster mom has trained me to "wait' at an open door! 


My favorite thing is to snuggle with my foster family, get snacks and run around in my fenced back yard. My foster mom easily groomed me so thank goodness that's not going to be a problem for my new owner or owners.
