Mango is an 8 pound little three-year-old likely Cairn Terrier/Schnauzer mix - if he was any bigger, you would think that he was a golden-doodle with his golden whitish hair. Mango is being fostered in the FL Panhandle. He is pretty laid back and loves to chill in the same room as the humans in the house. He has only barked once at a big Giant Schnauzer, so he tends to be a pretty quiet boy.
He loves attention and when he thinks you are looking at him, he starts to wag his big tail (almost as long as his body). He sometimes will even do a happy dance when you come home. He loves to snuggle in bed at night with you.
He is potty trained and we think trained to use a doggy door - so we have been just timing potty breaks to 5-10mins after meals to make sure he stays potty trained. He loves going for a morning walk with the other dogs in the house. He also loves to sunbathe in the back-yard. So, we definitely think a fenced yard and doggy door would make him very happy!
He wasn’t a huge fan of the groomers but allowed them to get him looking clean and fresh. His hair is a little wirey, so he might not need as much grooming as a full mini schnauzer. If you think this cute little guy might be just the boy you are looking for, please fill out an application and ask for Mango in the Florida Panhandle.
