Cooper was lovingly fostered by Kathy, in Seminole, FL.
Cooper is loving life in his Forever Home. Stephanie of Orlando states how she and her mom have already spoiled sweet Cooper. When Stephanie drives up to her home after work, Cooper is looking out the window waiting for her return. He loves to sit on the rocking chair with his mom and receive belly rubs. Cooper will be heading to school soon with his mom to master basic commands.
