Oscar can be a little timid when meeting other dogs and people on his walks. He was never exposed to this kind of life. When visiting the local dog park, he interacts well with other dogs. Riding in a car is another new experience for Oscar. He enjoys the car ride even to the vet’s office! He enjoys being bathed and groomed. He is learning what a squeaky toy is and is enjoying this new experience running around the foster’s house with one in his mouth. Beware! Oscar is a sock and pillow thief! He runs around the house with them, playing ‘catch me if you can!’ He does not destroy them what-so-ever.
Oscar needs another sweet dog to play with and a fenced yard. No condo living for this young boy. Oscar is a happy puppy who is now living the good life and learning to be a dog. His tail is a barometer of his mood. It can go from ‘happy curly’ to ‘cautious straight.’ If you have another young dog to be a buddy to Oscar, a fenced-in yard where Oscar can chase balls, and are ready to accept lots of love from this appreciative young boy, please complete an adoption application on the SLR web site and enter ‘Oscar’ as the energetic, young boy you would like to provide a loving, active forever home to.
