Hi All from the Gulf Coast of Mississippi! Toby here! My poor momma got sick in April and I spent 4 months at the boarding kennel waiting for her, but when she came home, she could not care for me so SLR swooped in and got me out of that kennel!

I am the sweetest boy and did not like that kennel food but my foster mom is feeding me lots of good stuff!  The nice vet got my teeth all fixed up and since I am already neutered, current on vaccinations and heartworm negative - I am ready to hopefully find a comfortable place for my 14 year old self. My hearing is not so good but I sure can see just fine, look at my pretty eyes in my close-up! I have some arthritis, so you need to pick me up very carefully so my joints don't hurt but I can get around just fine!  I know how to go outside and potty and find my way back to my foster mom's bedroom where my very own bed and blanket are waiting. While I can't jump up on furniture, I sure like to snuggle for a bit on the couch, just need someone to help me up and down!  Barking is not my thing and I get along with all my foster mom's dogs.
