Greetings from Central FL! I am very thankful that I am a foster gentleman with SLR. I love my foster mom and dad but I am proud to say that I am ready for my forever home. 

My name is Oliver but my foster parents call me ‘Ollie.’ I am an 11 years young Miniature Schnauzer. I have natural ears, a docked tail and weigh in at 20 lbs. I am salt & pepper. Foster mom says I am super sweet. I would be fine with another dog but I would also be fine as an only dog as long as you give me lots of love.  I love my ‘tug’ toys, long walks in the neighborhood, and snuggles in your lap. I have a special stuffed Miniature Schnauzer toy that I carry around with me. 

I am house trained and continue to work on my leash training. I just get so excited to smell all the fragrances in the neighborhood that I may pull at times. I am working on being more polite. Older kids in the house would be fine as would another sweet dog. I am not an ‘Alpha’ boy. A fenced in yard would be wonderful for me to exercise in. I am currently on an Rx diet for urinary crystals. The vet man says they should clear up soon due to my special diet.
