Phoebe was lovingly fostered by Jeannette in Navarre, FL.

Phoebe was thrilled to meet her forever family – Melissa & Daniel of Ocean Springs, MS. Phoebe was a little nervous during her car ride but felt right at home once she reached her destination. She is enjoying her new life with her Yorkie sister, Bella. They love roaming their fenced-in backyard together as mom and dad look on. Phoebe continues to enjoy receiving attention and giving kisses in return.
