Toby likes to play with the other dogs in his foster home. He prefers no ‘big’ dogs in his forever home. He can be a loud boy when playing with the other dogs. He needs a single, family home. He loves to snuggle with his foster mom on the couch and enjoys all the hugs he gets. Toby has never met a toy he did not like - the squeakier - the better! He is fine when taking rides in the car. He likes to ‘talk’ to the other dogs and people he meets on his daily walks.
Toby would be best with another non-Alpha dog for a buddy - he would be okay as an only dog, as long as he gets lots of personal love and attention (and treats). He prefers women as he has shown to be cautious of men. Children over (12) would be fine. Toby loves having a fenced, backyard to run in so he can get lots of exercise in the sunshine.
If after reading Toby’s biography and are interested in knowing more details about him, please complete an adoption application on the SLR web site and enter ‘Toby’ as the FL young boy you would like to provide a loving, forever home to.
