Gibson ( better known as Bob) is one handsome young man! He is a little bigger and taller than the small miniatures and weighs about 26# with a beautiful light gray color. He has a very sweet personality and is almost always wagging his full tail. He is being fostered in Marietta, Ga.

He is a 2-year-old ball of energy – BIG energy - and loves to play with people, his sister pups, bones, sturdy toys - and kids! He tosses balls up and chases them and will wrestle and run with one of his sisters. He occasionally gets the zoomies and runs at top speed. He will need a big yard to dash around in to make him a very happy man! Did we mention he is VERY ACTIVE!

He will want to be the king of his home, and the only male – he loves to play with his sisters but feels he is more special than any brother! He loves our 2 grandsons, 9 and 11, who are accustomed to our foster dogs. He is learning how to walk on a leash and loves a good walk but is excitable and curious so he pulls and needs a strong arm and control. Bob is vocal and likes to be heard but is in training to quiet down. He is still learning basic commands like sit and stay but seems to enjoy the attention of someone working with him. He also rides well in a car.

He will thrive in a home with people who can give him lots of love and active attention. He is affectionate and loves to have his ears rubbed, lay next to you, or just lay across your foot while he chews on a bone. He has very good manners in the house – except when he decides to surprise you and jump up and join you on your lap on the sofa!

At meal time, he will go sit and wait in his spot while his meal is prepared. He is an enthusiastic eater, and you will have to guard food items left unattended on the table. He is not mischievous, just curious!
