This sweet girl is looking for her forever human. She is estimated to be about 1½ years old, about 23 lbs., spayed and up to date on vaccines. She is being fostered in North Carolina.

She is a schnauzer mix with a pretty salt and pepper coat. Her soulful eyes and beautiful lashes draw you in. She is looking for love, patience, lots of praise and pets. She enjoys being next to her human and will be your loyal shadow.

Cami would probably be best as an only pup as she is dog selective at her foster home. She is also assertive so her best match will be an Adult-only home. She LOVES her adult humans. She has enjoyed the yard at her foster home but may do well without a yard if she get nice long walks. She does very well on a leash. She is still working on house training.

Cami enjoys chew toys and they seem to help with her separation anxiety. She can be a bit timid when meeting strangers but warms up with time.

She is a sweet girl that is smart and would do well with further training. She loves her food. Even a slow feeder doesn’t hinder her voracious pace. She may need a snuffle mat or other eating puzzle to challenge and slow her down.

She has an endearing quality of jumping into a bed, dog or human, and rolling and rubbing like she is in heaven. She loves snuggling with her human and will sleep next to you if allowed, or if preferred, will snuggle in her own bed.
