Rena is not an Alpha girl. She would do best in an adult only home as she has not been exposed to children. She can be a little fearful and skittish at times. She has been left alone for up to 3 hrs. Rena loves all of the toys in her foster home. Lots of squeaks can be heard throughout the day! She is fine when riding in the car. Rena will bark to let her foster know when someone is near her home. She will also bark to say hello to other dogs on her walks. She is learning that she does not need to bark each time at the other dogs she encounters. They come in peace!
Rena needs a fenced yard so she can run and get her puppy energy out! She would do best with another young dog to play with. If after reading Rena’s biography and are interested in knowing additional details about her, please complete an adoption application on the SLR web site and enter ‘Rena’ as the young, playful young lady you would like to provide a forever home to.
