Nigel
NIGEL

Nigel was lovingly fostered by Colleen, in Naples, FL.

Nigel was thrilled when he met Suzanne & Scott of Hallandale, FL. However, he was even more thrilled to meet their Miniature Schnauzer, Murphy, who is just a few months younger than Nigel. The boys bonded very quickly. They are known at the park as ‘The Mayors of the Doggy Park.’ Scott states that Nigel is a ‘Terrific Addition’ to the family. Murphy thinks so too!

Sadie
SADIE

Sadie was lovingly fostered by Penny, in Winter Garden, FL.

Sadie found her happily ever after when she met Billy of The Villages. Billy was very patient so Sadie could realize that she was safe and loved in her forever home. She is enjoying her daily walks with all the new smells and loves snuggling on the couch. Each day is a new experience for Sweet Sadie. Thank you for once again adopting from SLR!

BellaFL
BELLA

Bella was lovingly fostered by Erika, in Cocoa Beach, FL.

It was love at first sight when Bella met Dawn & Jamie of Ormond Beach. She is quite the social lady to all the neighbors and their dogs that she meets on her walks. Bella’s nickname is ‘love bug’ because of her loving personality to everyone. She is enjoying her pontoon rides on the Tomoka River. Dawn sums Bella up with one word – ‘Perfect!’

PepperHT
PEPPER

Pepper was lovingly fostered by April & Susan in New Port Richey, FL.

Pepper was thrilled to find out when she arrived home with her new parents, Kathie & Jack of Port Charlotte, that she had a Miniature Schnauzer brother waiting for her. Piper and Shadow are getting to know each other as they take their long walks around the neighborhood. Piper is patiently waiting for Shadow to run around the house and play with her. He’s thinking about it!

Sherman
SHERMAN

Sherman was lovingly fostered by Lisa & John, in Lakeland, FL.

When Sherman came into SLR, he was very nervous and would shiver at any little noise. He knew no commands. After being adopted by Janice & Chester of Jacksonville, Sherman is living the good life. He has learned to sit and how to use his doggie door in order to run around his own fenced-in backyard. He has become a Velcro dog and loves to fall asleep in your lap. Sherman gets very excited when the leash comes out, as he knows it’s time for his daily mile-long walk. Sherman also loves having Grandma home with him during the day. No more shivering for ’Sweet Sherman.’
