Hi! I’m Hank. As you can see, I am the most handsomest. I’m also the most quirkiest. What do I mean by that? I’ll explain below. But first, you need to know I’m looking for my forever home. I am 4 years old, 16 lbs. hunk of burning love, vaccinated, neutered, healthy and have a touch of fretfulness that gets better with time and especially once I am comfortable in my new home.
Here are the things on my must-have list: It’s as simple as 1,2,3.
1. Only adults - need humans that are patient and loving and will cherish me.
2. No other dogs.
3. Quiet home.
Here are other fun facts about me, including why I’m quirky:
I don’t need a fenced in backyard because I don’t care about going outside. Of course, I always go out to potty (duh) but once that’s done, I’ll come inside if I’m out in a fenced yard.
I have very stupendous leash and walking manners, and should be given an award for my incredible potty manners.
I love to be with my person or people, and I’m the cuddliest and sweetest.
I will be nervous at first, but once I get accustomed to my new home, and you I’ll be cool.
I adore squeaky toys and treats and I’ll follow you anywhere for those. A squeaky ball is my clarion call.
I am a big talker and barker; I express myself exceptionally well. Quirky trait (and super cute)
If I had my way, you would sit with me and pet and cuddle me 24/7. Quirky trait (but endearing)
If a visitor comes over, there are policies that we’ll need to follow. Quirky trait (Foster mom will explain the rules)
I don’t especially like car rides. Quirky trait (I’ll do it for you, but not my fav)
Although I have a touch of fretfulness. I am fine once I meet the vet man or lady and get to know them. I am also fine at the groomer. Quirky trait (Whoever heard of a fretful dog that didn’t mind the vet or the groomer? That’s me)
If you meet the must-haves listed above and like the other fun facts about me, please apply to adopt me. I’m ready. Be sure to ask for Hank (hunk of burning love) in Tennessee. www.schnauzerloveresuce.net
