Rileyc
RILEY
He was lovingly fostered by Jacque, in Port St. Lucie, FL.

Our adorable Riley was picked up as a stray and placed into a shelter where he was so scared that he shook most of the time. The shelter called SLR and was immediately picked up Jacque and welcomed in to her home for some TLC. After the removal of many ticks, many soothing baths, and many hugs, Riley became a beautiful, sweet, obedient Schnauzer (he even likes to be groomed).

Enter Kelly & Paul from Fort Myers, FL. They were looking for a playmate for their female Miniature Schnauzer, Lillie (a 2014 alum of SLR). Riley fit the ticket! He and Lillie have bonded so nicely. Riley went from stray, to shelter, to SLR, to “Living the Life of Riley!”

Kaydee

KAYDEE

Kaydee was fostered by Angela Graul in Bristol, TN.

Kaydee is a very outgoing girl that never met a stranger so it was clear she would have no trouble find a forever home being cute and friendly. She will enjoy a lifetime of being spoiled by her new dad, Travis.  Happy tails to Kaydee!

SasOb
SASHA & OBBY

Sasha & Obby were lovingly fostered by Kathleen Gerry, in Jacksonville, FL.

Nine Years Old, Sasha & Obby are brother and sister. They came to SLR due to their owner moving out of the country. They are thrilled to be with their new mom, Deborah, of Pinellas Park, FL. Deborah stated that it took this bonded pair all of 5 minutes to make themselves at home. She says they are both so well behaved. They are also enjoying having a 15 year old fur brother, Riley, to show them the way around their fenced-in yard. Enjoy your Forever Home!

BudEm
BUDDY & EMMA

Our ‘Loveable Buddy & Emma’ were fondly fostered by Terri, in Valrico, FL.

Two years old Buddy and his 3 years old mother Emma, were thrilled to meet their new Forever Family, Tammy & Allen of Tampa, FL. Tammy & Allen had recently lost their 14 year old Miniature Schnauzer, Heidi, to heart failure. Tammy states that Buddy & Emma have helped to fill a deep hole for them. They are very pleased and feel very lucky that these two dogs chose them.

I think Buddy and Emma are feeling the same way about their new parents!

Topsey

TOPSEY

Topsy was fostered by Norma, in Sanford, FL.

Our shy little Topsy found her forever home with Kathleen in Tarpon Springs, FL. Sophie is getting used to having a 6 year old fur bother, Max. They are learning to play together and enjoy having each other for company. Kathleen is also bringing Sophie to work with her a few days a week to help with her socialization skills.
